Out of Office

By 'office' I mean my kitchen. We are traveling around Scotland this week; had awesome fried, fresh King scallops last night for dinner, sitting at the town pier, on the gorgeously wild Hibernian Isle of Mull.

I will return to Finding Tasty, with Scottish recipes spilling forth, into cyberspace...
