Biltong (South African Beef Jerky)

There's a big soccer game going on down in South Africa right about now. Not being a sports fan I don't know much more about it than that.

Camille, my 10 year old had a school assignment to cook a South African dish. She chose Biltong which is beef jerky. I was psyched because I loves me some beef jerky!

She researched the recipe, made it all herself and it turned out... well, not so good to be honest. But she made this video to go with it, which is pretty cool.
